How We Can Assist You Our emergency boarding service is designed to provide a safe and loving environment for your pet when you need immediate care. While we strive to accommodate all requests, please note that availability may be limited. We will do our best to find alternative solutions to assist you and ensure your furry friend is well taken care of. Trial Period for Emergency Boarding Given the short notice and the possibility of no prior meet and greet, the first 24 hours of your pet's stay will be classified as a trial. This trial period is still charged at the agreed emergency care rate. This allows us to assess your dog’s temperament and ensure they are comfortable in our environment. Documentation for Licensing To comply with licensing requirements, we require proof of the situation necessitating quick boarding. This documentation helps us maintain accurate records and ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in our care.
