At Pawsitive Retreat, we know how tough it can be to leave your furry friend behind. That’s why we’ve created a fun, safe, and loving environment for your dog to enjoy while you’re away. Here’s how we make it happen!

📅 Booking Made Easy

Ready to book your dog's holiday? Just fill out our Booking Form! Remember, your reservation isn’t confirmed until we receive that form. Once confirmed, payment is due within 24 hours after your dog’s stay, and we’ll send you an invoice to keep everything clear.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel, just let us know. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the booking, the full fee is due. Cancellations between 48 hours and 5 days require a 50% payment. Let’s keep those tails wagging!

🐕 Health and Safety First

Your pup’s health is our top priority! All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations, worming, and flea/tick treatments. Please bring their vaccination booklet when you check in. Plus, we’ll schedule a pre-visit to make sure your dog feels comfortable in our home.

🐾 Honesty is Key

We want to provide the best care possible! To do that, we need you to give us complete and honest information about your dog. If they have any quirks or specific needs, please let us know. If your dog has aggression issues, we may need to find another solution.

🏥 Veterinary Care

In case of an emergency, we’ll take your pup to the vet. You’ll need to provide an emergency contact number, and we recommend having pet insurance to cover any unforeseen vet bills. Peace of mind is priceless!

🎉 Your Dog’s Holiday Fun

During their stay, your dog will enjoy plenty of playtime, socialisation, and love! We strive to maintain their daily routine to make them feel right at home. Just remember to send along enough food, toys, and their favourite blanket!

🐶 Socialisation Adventures

Your pup will get to mingle with other dogs, and we’ll ensure they have a blast! Just know that we’re not liable for any little bumps along the way—after all, playtime can get a bit rowdy!

🛡️ Insurance Information

Pawsitive Retreat is covered by public liability insurance, but we recommend that you also get pet insurance for added peace of mind.
